Triton's
Named after the Little Mermaid’s father, Triton’s is an upscale restaurant offering fine dining “under the sea.”
An Ocean of Flavors

Savor classic American cooking for breakfast and lunch and continental cuisine with a French flair for dinner.

Dinner

Showcasing a sophisticated fusion of French and American fare, Triton’s serves a mouthwatering supper in 4 courses. “Wet” your appetite with artfully presented appetizers that include duck confit, “Chef Louis” French onion soup and “Prince Eric’s” escargots gratinés. Dive into an avocado citrus salad or chilled jumbo shrimp before taking the plunge with steaming braised lamb shank, three-cheese lobster macaroni, roasted duck breast or porcini mushroom-stuffed pasta in a steaming vegetable broth.

Emerge from your main course wanting more? Satisfy your sweet tooth with crème brûlée, chocolate mousse, Grand Marnier soufflé or a traditional ice-cream sundae.

For an additional cost, Guests 21 years of age and up can pair their entrées with a selection from the extensive wine list—many of which are available by the glass—in addition to a robust assortment of after-dinner liqueurs, dessert wines and specialty drinks.

Breakfast and Lunch

During the morning and afternoon hours, Triton’s offers table-service dining for those choosing to forgo the buffets. At daybreak, you’re invited to sink your teeth into French toast, omelets, scrambled eggs, pancakes, crepes, fresh fruit and more. Specialty drinks like cappuccino, espresso and café latte only make the morning brighter.

Later, Triton’s is home to a delicious 3-course lunch. Sink your teeth into such lip-smacking entrées as herb-crusted North Atlantic whitefish, grilled chicken breast with rosemary potatoes or honey glazed barbeque pork ribs. A full wine list, specialty drinks like mimosas and margaritas and delicious ice-cream blended smoothies are also available for an additional cost.

Although your table is reserved at dinner, open seating is available at lunch, meaning you and your family are invited to dine at any available table you choose.

Vegetarian and Kids Menu

Vegetarian dishes and a selection of classic children’s food favorites are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner at Triton’s.

All menu items are subject to change without notice.
Part of Her World

Be immersed in the underwater kingdom of The Little Mermaid inside this elegant restaurant named after her father.

Make your way past a fanciful bronze statue of Ariel and journey inside a grand ballroom that recalls the opulent sea palace of King Triton bedecked in a dazzling Art Deco theme. Brimming with ornate chandeliers, stained glass, sea-inspired architectural flourishes and a sweeping mural of Ariel and her father, Triton's serves up a regal atmosphere that Guests of all ages are sure to admire.
Rotational Dining

Triton’s is a Main Dining restaurant within Disney Cruise Line’s innovative Rotational Dining experience. Each night of your cruise, you and your personal wait staff will "rotate" to one of the 3 distinctly themed restaurants, ensuring you enjoy a delicious meal catered to your liking in a unique setting.

Each night, there are 2 seating times for dinner. In general, the earlier seating begins at 5:45 PM and the later seating begins at 8:15 PM. Seating times are subject to change by 15 minutes.

No matter when your assigned dinner seating is, you’ll have ample time to eat and attend either the early or late performance of any live stage productions that evening.

Once on board the ship, check My Plans in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for your assigned seating time, restaurant schedule and table number. Please note that you are invited to select a seating time, depending on availability, when you book your cruise.
