Be our Guest at Palo Steakhouse, an evolution of our acclaimed Palo restaurant that Disney cruisers know and love. Choose from a selection of exquisite Italian dishes and the world’s finest steaks—from the most elite American prime cuts and melt-in-your-mouth Australian wagyu to succulent Japanese Kobe and Miyazaki beef.
Palo Steakhouse’s show-stopping menu also features a timeless selection of fine Italian wines and bold craft beers to pair with your meal. And for dessert, a fan-favorite indulgence, our signature Palo chocolate souffle—prepared fresh-to-order and served piping hot with luscious vanilla bean and chocolate sauces.

Reservations
Reservations are required and can be made online by visiting My Reservations or on board the ship. When dining at Palo, Guests will skip the regularly scheduled, rotational Main Dining restaurant. This premium dining experience is available for an additional fee and is not included in the price of the cruise.
A gratuity is included in the dining charge; any additional amount is at the Guest’s discretion.

You're invited to make 2 dinner reservations at Palo during your cruise, as long as one of your reservations is on the first night of your cruise. Reservations are subject to availability and a specialty dining charge will apply.
If unable to attend, Guests are kindly reminded to cancel their dining reservation at Palo at least 24 hours in advance. If the reservation is not cancelled in advance or if Guests do not arrive for their scheduled reservation, it will be considered confirmed, and the full per-person prix fixe cost will be charged to the Guest’s onboard account.
