Registration, Check-In and More
Pre-register your child for Disney's Oceaneer Lab or you can register once on board your ship.
Upon boarding the ship on Embarkation Day, both children and parents must check in at the front desk at Disney’s Oceaneer Club or Disney's Oceaneer Lab. During this time, parents will fill out final paperwork and children can activate their DisneyBand+ or receive a Disney Cruise Line Youth Activities wristband, which grants them access to both Disney’s Oceaneer Club and Disney’s Oceaneer Lab. Parents are also invited to tour the facility, meet the counselors and learn more about the many activities offered during Open House times. Please note that children must be fully toilet trained to be admitted to either facility.
Children with Special Needs
Children with special needs are welcome at Disney’s Oceaneer Club. Our Youth Activity programs are available to children who are fully toilet trained, able to individually participate within our counselor-to-child ratio groups and interact socially and comfortably with peers of their own age and physical size. We are unable to provide one-on-one counselor care, a counselor with specialty training, or counselor-assisted medical attention. Additional participation guidelines and restrictions may apply and are established to provide a safe and secure youth entertainment environment. Open House hours are also available so the entire family can join the fun and participate together.
Dine and Play
Dine and Play lets kids ages 3 through 10 enjoy dinner and then head off to play, while you relax and enjoy a leisurely dining experience. If your child is registered for Disney’s Oceaneer Club or Disney's Oceaneer Lab, simply let your servers know that your child is participating in Dine and Play and they’ll expedite your child’s meals. Then bring your child to the front of the restaurant between 9:00 PM and 9:15 PM and a Youth Activities Counselor will escort them to the club.
Please note: Dine and Play is only available during the 8:15 PM dinner seating (subject to change by 15 minutes). Available on every evening of the cruise except embarkation day. Dine and Play is not available for sailings on the Disney Adventure.
Youth Activities Open House
Our Open House is an opportunity for Guests of all ages to participate in a variety of exciting activities hosted at Disney’s Oceaneer Club and Disney’s Oceaneer Lab throughout the cruise. During these Open Houses, at least one of the facilities will still be available for those looking to check their children into care. Please check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app while on board the ship for specific dates and times.
