A gourmet menu created with superior seasonal ingredients ensures dining at Enchanté is always an exceptional culinary affair. Selections are specially crafted by 3 Michelin-starred Chef Arnaud Lallement—of L’Assiette Champenoise, near Reims, France—who also created the menus for the celebrated Remy fine-dining restaurant on the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy.
Chef Arnaud’s menu employs high-quality ingredients sourced from around the world and in-season produce at the peak of ripeness. The result is an enticing collection of international dishes—all masterfully presented alongside a superlative wine list and first-class service.

In addition to fine dining at dinner, Enchanté also offers an elegant lunch experience. Savor a gourmet, French-inspired pre-fixe lunch or choose from a selection of a la carte offerings.

Reservations
Reservations are required and can be made online by visiting My Reservations or on board the ship. When dining at Enchanté by Chef Arnaud Lallement, Guests will skip the regularly scheduled, rotational Main Dining restaurant. This premium dining experience is available for an additional fee and is not included in the price of the cruise.
A gratuity is included in the dining charge; any additional amount is at the Guest’s discretion.
If unable to attend, Guests are kindly reminded to cancel their dining reservation at Enchanté by Chef Arnaud Lallement at least 24 hours in advance. If the reservation is not cancelled in advance or if Guests do not arrive for their scheduled reservation, it will be considered confirmed, and the full per-person prix fixe cost will be charged to the Guest’s onboard account.

From the moment you walk through the doors, you will be greeted with dazzling candlelight and lavish hospitality inspired by Lumiere, the candelabra maître d’ from the Disney film. Adding to this romantic ambience are shimmering light fixtures and illuminations that give life to 2 intimate dining areas and a private 10-seat dining room. An infusion of soft blues and metallic embellishments throughout beautifully complement the stunning ocean views.
